Liz Clapp

Liz Clapp currently serves as Guest Services Manager at the International Spy Museum since April 2018 and as Operations Specialist at Clapptrap Corporation from September 2017, focusing on enhancing institutional culture, efficiency, guest satisfaction, productivity, and profitability. Prior to these roles, Liz worked at H&M for over eleven years, starting as a Sales Advisor and advancing to Department Manager, where responsibilities included managing sales, customer service, and team performance across multiple departments. Liz's educational background includes studies at Montgomery College from 2007 to 2009.
