Angela Chang

Angela Chang is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Finance for the International Student Mentorship Program since July 2020. Previous roles include Project Specialist at the California Health Information Partnership & Services Organization (CalHIPSO) from June 2012 to September 2013, where responsibilities involved assisting healthcare providers with electronic health record technology. Angela also worked as a Regional Administrative Coordinator for MedAmerica/California Emergency Physicians of America from January 2010 to June 2012, and as a teacher at Woodland Joint Unified School District from July 2005 to July 2009. Additional experience includes positions as a Data Analyst for the American Cancer Society, an English Instructor at William Lee Central Asia Business Square, and an AmeriCorps Fellow/Program Coordinator at Lao Family Community Development, Inc. Angela holds an M.A. in Education from the University of California, Davis, and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
