Jérôme Belleman

Jérôme Belleman has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and engineering. Jérôme has worked at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) as the Head of IT Support & Operations, where they led a team responsible for collecting IT requirements, providing support, and improving processes for maximum efficiency. Jérôme also worked as a System Analyst, responsible for developing and maintaining software implementing terrestrial station radio regulations, and as a Software Engineer, developing and maintaining applications for radio regulation decisions.

Prior to their role at ITU, Jérôme worked at CERN in various positions. Jérôme was an Operations Engineer, responsible for the PuppetDB service and chairing training sessions. Jérôme also served as the CERN HEPiX Representative, coordinating participation in workshops and writing comprehensive reports. Jérôme chaired monthly meetings with the ATLAS Experiment as the ATLAS-IT Liaison and managed batch and grid computing services as a Service Manager. Additionally, they worked as a Computer Engineer, designing monitoring toolkits and upgrading batch accounting systems.

Before joining CERN, Jérôme worked as a Computer Engineer at CERN, where they developed the Perl web application upgrade of the AFS Console monitoring system and worked as a Business Intelligence Developer, contributing to the development of a business activity monitoring system.

Jérôme Belleman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sciences from Lycée International de Ferney-Voltaire from 1999 to 2003. Jérôme then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from 2003 to 2010.
