Pradipta Biswas

Pradipta Biswas has extensive experience in academia and international telecommunications, currently serving as Co-Chairman of the International Telecommunications Union's IRG AVA and Vice Chairman at the Focus Group on Smart TV. Additionally, Pradipta is an Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Science and a Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge, involved in various projects related to audio-visual media accessibility. Pradipta earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, previously holding the position of Research Associate. Pradipta's academic background includes a Master of Technology in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Kalyani.
