Ulrika Martinius, MBA and MCIPD, currently serves as the Deputy Chief of the Human Resources Management Department at the International Telecommunication Union since April 2018. With extensive experience in human resources across various international organizations, Ulrika previously held roles such as Management Consultant and Director of Human Resources at the Stockholm International Water Institute, Head of Human Resources and Talent Management at the Green Climate Fund, and Global Head of Human Resources at the International Potato Center. Early career positions included leading HR for the WHO South-East Asia Region, managing HR functions at Bioversity International, and developing training strategies at the International Fund for Agricultural Development. Ulrika's academic credentials include an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and a BSc in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations from Uppsala University.
