Veli Y.

Veli Y. is an experienced professional in frequency coordination and international regulation, currently serving as Director of Frequency Coordination and International Regulation and Satellite Spectrum Expert at Turksat Uydu Haberleşme Kablo TV ve İşletme A.Ş. since June 2005. Veli Y. is actively involved in international telecommunications organizations, holding positions such as Vice Chairman of ITU-R Study Group 4 and Advisory Committee Member representing Türkiye at EUTELSAT IGO. With a strong background in satellite communication design, Veli Y. has contributed to various projects, including the National Satellite AIT Center and TURKSAT-3A Program. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and Ankara University, respectively, along with a Certificate in International Communications Regulation and Policy from American University Washington College of Law.
