Kevin Hykin

Kevin Hykin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kevin currently serves as an Executive at International Test Equipment since September 2020. Prior to that, from March 2016 to September 2020, they held the position of President / COO at Navitas Systems, LLC.

Kevin also served as the CEO of International Wheel & Tire from August 2015 to March 2016. In this role, they successfully led the company through execution challenges and achieved significant program delivery milestones.

From 2011 to 2015, Kevin worked at Burke Porter Group. Kevin held the positions of Sr. Director - New Business Development from May 2013 to July 2015, and Director - Powertrain Division from April 2011 to April 2013.

Kevin's earlier experience includes various roles at Burke E. Porter Machinery, where they worked from 1996 to 2011. These roles included Director of Engineering from April 2008 to April 2011, Global Marketing Manager from March 2007 to April 2008, Marketing Manager from April 2006 to March 2007, New Product Development Manager from May 2003 to April 2006, System Engineer from March 2000 to May 2003, and Software Engineer from May 1996 to March 2000.

Kevin'scareer began at Jacobs Electronics in 1994 as an Electrical Engineer, where they were responsible for engineering aftermarket automotive products. Kevin worked there until April 1996.

Kevin's earliest work experience was as a Field Service Engineer at Schlumberger from January 1993 to April 1994.

Kevin Hykin earned their B.S.E.E. degree with a focus on Embedded Development and Analog & Digital Design from the University of South Florida, where they attended from 1988 to 1992. Kevin then pursued a M.S.C.I.S. degree with a focus on Software Architecture and Distributed Computing at Grand Valley State University from 1997 to 2002. Later on, they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Management and Finance from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their educational background, Kevin Hykin has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Kevin earned a New Product Development Professional certification from the PDMA - Product Development and Management Association in 2005. In 2006, they completed a certification in Lean Manufacturing from Davenport University. Most recently, in 2017, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from the Aveta Business Institute.
