Sherry Schofield

Sherry Schofield is the Executive Director of the International Textile and Apparel Association, a position held since January 2024, where the focus is on supporting individuals in the textile and apparel sectors. Prior to this role, Sherry served as a Professor at Florida State University from July 2014 to May 2024, and held the position of Associate Professor at both Kent State University from 2006 to 2014 and Virginia Tech from 1998 to 2006. Sherry earned a PhD in clothing and textiles from Iowa State University, with additional academic credentials from North Dakota State University and Virginia Tech.
