Chloie Favinger

Chloie Favinger is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Officer at the International Trade Administration since August 2011, with prior roles including Budget Analyst and Special Advisor to the Executive Director of SelectUSA. Chloie has a strong foundation in management analysis, having participated in the prestigious Ed Meyer Presidential Management Fellowship, where business process improvements were implemented for operational programs. Academic experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for a graduate-level Data Analysis & Modeling course at Indiana University Bloomington and previous internships in various sectors, including economic development and finance. Chloie holds a Master’s Degree in Public Financial Administration and Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Religious Studies from DePauw University.
