Jack Dulberger

Jack Dulberger is the Founder and CEO of Vantive Consulting, a position held since October 2020. Additionally, Jack has served at the US Department of Commerce/ITA since September 1996, focusing on financial programs and acting as a liaison on trade and revenue issues. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Information Resources, Inc. (1988-1990), Marketing Manager at Computervision, Inc. (1986-1989), and Intelligence Analyst at the US State Department (1983-1986). Jack's early career includes a position as a Business Analyst at IBM Corporation and a Legislative Assistant for the US Senate. Jack holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School, a JD in International Business and Trade Law from American University Washington College of Law, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida.
