Technical Advisor / Programme Officer - Saavi Project IRAQ at International Trade Centre

Kif Nguyen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and technical advisory roles, particularly in the agriculture and trade sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor and Programme Officer for the SAAVI Project in Iraq at the International Trade Centre since September 2019, Kif focuses on enhancing the agriculture and agri-food value chain in collaboration with the European Union and local Iraqi partners. Previous roles include Global Project Coordinator for Trade for Sustainable Development Hubs, National Director at Habitat for Humanity International, and Country Director at ACTED. Kif has also provided consultancy services worldwide, including leading assessments for the World Food Programme in Tajikistan and managing innovative food security monitoring projects. Kif holds advanced degrees in Political Science from the Geneva Graduate Institute and the University of Birmingham, as well as a degree from Sciences Po Lyon.
