Bharath M. S.

Bharath M. S. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as the Founder of KRIA Law since March 2021, Bharath has also been the President of the IP Association of South India since April 2019. Additional roles include Council Member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association India Group since October 2018, Mentor at Founder Institute since January 2016, and Committee Member and Co-Chair of the India Global Advisory Council at the International Trademark Association since May 2008. Prior to these positions, Bharath was a Senior Partner at Anand and Anand from 2001 to March 2021, where leadership of the South India practice was provided. Educational qualifications include an LLB from Pune University and a B.Com from the University of Madras.
