Randi Mustello has a strong background in publishing and association governance. Randi held diverse roles at the International Trademark Association (INTA), starting as the Managing Editor of The Trademark Reporter. In this position, they oversaw all aspects of production for the legal journal, including editing articles and liaising with the board of editors. Randi later became the Director of Publishing and then the Director of Human Resources and Association Governance. Most recently, Randi served as the Chief Governance Officer at INTA. Prior to their time at INTA, they worked as a Senior Editor at Matthew Bender.

Randi Mustello earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Manhattanville College, which they attended from 1987 to 1991. Randi then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at New York Law School from 1992 to 1996.
