Valdir Rocha

Valdir Rocha has extensive experience in intellectual property law and related associations since the 1980s. Currently, Valdir serves as a member of the Board of Directors for ABPI Associação Brasileira da Propriedade Intelectual and ABAPI - Associação Brasileira dos Agentes da Propriedade Industrial, and has been a partner at Veirano Advogados since 1990. Valdir is also a member of the Right of Publicity Committee at the International Trademark Association (INTA) and holds the position of Exclusive Brazilian Member in the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA). Additionally, Valdir has been active in various legal organizations, including the World Services Group and the International Bar Association, and has previously contributed to AIPPI and OAB/RJ. Valdir Rocha obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and completed a patent course at McGill University.
