Andrea Floridi

Andrea Floridi, PhD, is an Evaluation Specialist at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) since February 2023 and a consultant at ITCILO since April 2023, where responsibilities include supervising theses. At STEM-VCR srl since December 2012, Andrea specializes in evaluations of International Cooperation Development Interventions, focusing on civil society and the informal economy. Previous roles include postdoctoral researcher and associate researcher at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam, where research centered on labor outcomes and the informal economy. Andrea holds a PhD in Development Economics from ISS and has extensive experience in evaluation methodologies, particularly related to projects funded by organizations such as the African Development Bank and the European Commission.
