Neha Sharma is an experienced education and learning design consultant with a focus on capacity development and digital pedagogy. Currently serving as an External Collaborator in Safeguarding Living Heritage at ITCILO, Neha conducts needs assessments and develops instructional design plans. Previous roles include Capacity Development Specialist at the Asian Development Bank, where Neha supported the validation and rollout of monitoring frameworks, and External Consultant at ITCILO, where course designs for virtual training were developed for ADB staff. Other notable experiences include developing a MOOC for the Africa Youth Transformational Leadership Program at WWF, consulting on digital content for Pratham Education Foundation, and managing tasks for the COVID-19 India Task Force under The Lancet COVID-19 Commission. Neha holds a Master of Technology in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Amity University.
