Paolo Salvai

Paolo Salvai is an experienced manager and specialist in capacity building for employers' activities, currently serving as Manager Programme for Employers Activities at ITCILO since February 2023. Prior to this role, Paolo held various positions at the International Labour Organization (ILO), including Senior Employers Specialist for the Arab States and Project Coordinator in Myanmar. Paolo's background includes significant experience in training and advising employers and business organizations across developing and emerging countries, and a proven track record in capacity-building activities across Latin America and Southern Africa. With advanced degrees in Economics and International Relations from the Università degli Studi di Torino and CORIPE, Paolo brings a strong educational foundation to expertise in business development services and project management.
