Training and Development

The Training and Development team at the International Training Centre of the ILO is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of stakeholders in the labor sector. They focus on capacity building for governments, employers, and workers' organizations, leveraging data and analytics to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of training initiatives. This team also includes specialized trainers and program managers who develop innovative learning solutions and facilitate workshops on critical topics such as employment policy, labor migration, and workplace safety.
