Frank Moreels is the President of the European Transport Workers' Federation (ETF) and Vice President of the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF). Frank has been serving as the President of BTB-ABVV since September 2007. Moreels also holds the title of Federal Secretary Transport and Logistics. Frank obtained a Master's degree in Psychology and Pedagogy from Ghent University.
