Alji Leela

Alji Leela possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Group HR Functions at International Turnkey Systems since December 2007. Specializing in Compensation and Rewards Management as well as Strategic Workforce Planning, Alji is responsible for designing compensation programs, reviewing benefits, and conducting workforce analyses to align with organizational goals. Previous roles include leading Global Talent Acquisition and workforce planning initiatives, alongside HR supervisory responsibilities in various capacities. Alji's academic background includes an MBA from the University of Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the National Institute of Human Resources Development, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kerala.
