Carlos A.

Carlos A. serves as the Executive Vice President of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers since January 2017, where responsibilities include directing trade jurisdiction and overseeing organizing efforts for the masonry industry, with expertise in a wide range of masonry products including brick, marble, and stone. Prior experience includes serving as President and Director of the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, Mountain West Administrative District Council from January 2016 to December 2016, and as President of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Nevada from January 2000 to December 2015. Carlos A. completed the Harvard Trade Union Program in 2017 and holds a Journeyworker degree in Masonry from the International Masonry Institute, earned between 1991 and 1996.
