Jim has held various positions with International Wire Group, Inc., IWG High Performance Conductors, Inc., High Performance Conductors LLC, Marmon Retail Products Inc., Richmond Baking Company, Belden Wire and Cable, American Insulated Wire Corporation, and American Insulated Wire Corp. Jim'smost recent role was Manufacturing Engineering Manager with International Wire Group, Inc., IWG High Performance Conductors, Inc., and High Performance Conductors LLC, which they have held since 2016. Prior to this, they were Operations Manager - Specialty Products at Marmon Retail Products Inc. from 2013-2016, Production, Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Richmond Baking Company from 2008-2013, Drawing / Bobbin Wind Lead Supervisor and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Belden Wire and Cable from 2004-2008, Plant Manager and Corporate Plant Engineer at International Wire Group from 1999-2004, and Wire Mill Manager and Senior Engineer at American Insulated Wire Corporation from 1997-1999. Jim started their career as a Process Engineer at International Wire Group in 1992.
