Cathy Doyle currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer at Symbio, a rapidly growing technology company in the Asia-Pacific region, where responsibilities include overseeing Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, HR, Business Transformation, Culture, and Brand. Additionally, Cathy is the Company Secretary for Meals on Wheels Newcastle, a Talent Advisory Board Member for the ITW Global Leaders' Forum, and a Mastermind Member of MENTOR LIST. As a founding board member and president of the International Women's Forum, Cathy focuses on empowering women leaders, while also chairing Super Recruiters, an independent consulting service. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Of Staff at ParaFlare and Group Executive CHRO at Rabobank, alongside various governance positions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of New England and several governance certifications.
