The Field Operations team at the International Youth Foundation is responsible for implementing and managing on-the-ground programs that empower youth across various districts in Zimbabwe. This team coordinates local initiatives, engages with community stakeholders, and ensures that educational and employment opportunities are effectively delivered, driving positive change and fostering the skills and potential of young people in their respective regions.
