Christopher Schmitt

Christopher Schmitt is an experienced engineering professional with a comprehensive background in product development and project management. Currently serving as Chief Engineer R&D - Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Deployment Lead at Navistar Inc since September 2011, Christopher has held various pivotal roles including Chief Engineer Exterior Aero and Chief Engineering Program Manager - New Product Development. Prior to Navistar, Christopher worked at The Boeing Company as an Engineering Manager and held engineering positions at Caterpillar Inc., MEI Technologies, Inc., and Hamilton Sundstrand. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University between 1991 and 1996.
