Rey Felix

Rey Felix is currently the Director of Service Insights at Navistar Inc, where Rey leads a team of data scientists and statisticians to provide service insights through data-driven decision making. With a background in business intelligence and analysis, Rey has also worked as a Lead Consultant in Business Intelligence and a Manager of Service Performance, focusing on customer satisfaction and strategic business planning. Previously, Rey held various roles at Ashok Leyland, including General Manager of Service, Marketing & Development. Rey holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
