Dusica Bicanin has extensive experience in the field of music education. Dusica started their career in 2006 as an Accordion and Piano professor at Music Gymnasium "Stanislav Binicki" in Belgrade, Serbia. During their 11 years at the school, they guided students to international acclaim in solo and chamber music events, receiving recognition and awards for their pedagogical achievements.

In 2018, Dusica joined Elma International School as a Music teacher for the Senior School. In this role, they provided instruction, assistance, and support to students, promoting active participation in accordance with the Swedish curriculum. Dusica'sresponsibilities included teaching various instruments like the piano, accordion, guitar, percussion, and voice, as well as leading the school choir and creating a positive learning environment.

More recently, Dusica worked at Internationella Engelska Skolan, where they held multiple roles. Dusica served as the Head of the Aesthetics Department, contributing to the department's vision and planning, and supporting the implementation of specific targets. Dusica also acted as a Förstelärare and a Music Teacher for the Senior School, focusing on providing high-standard music instruction, including recording and editing music in the Music Studio, and using Google Classroom for lesson materials and resources.

Dusica Bicanin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, General from the Faculty of Music Arts Belgrade in 2008. Prior to that, they also graduated from the University of Music Arts Belgrade in 2008, majoring in Musicology with a focus on Instrumental music.
