Assistant Curator, Digital Library Of Amateur Radio And Communications (dlarc) at Internet Archive

Jennifer Waits is an experienced content producer, writer, and consultant with a strong focus on radio culture. As the Assistant Curator for the Digital Library of Amateur Radio and Communications at the Internet Archive since February 2024, Jennifer is dedicated to expanding a ham radio archive to encompass college radio materials. Jennifer co-founded Radio Survivor in June 2009, where roles include Director of Social Media and College Radio & Culture Editor, alongside co-producing a syndicated show that features diverse guests discussing topics related to radio and audio culture. Since 2005, Jennifer has also managed Waits-Mast Family Cellars, a boutique winery specializing in single vineyard Pinot Noir, overseeing various aspects of the business. Prior experience includes roles in consumer insights at Schwab Learning and music editing at Uplister. Educational credentials include a BA in Psychology from Haverford College and an MA in Popular Culture from Bowling Green State University.
