Trent Shoemaker

Trent Shoemaker has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Flight Operations Specialist in the US Army from 1994 to 2001. Trent then moved on to working as an Assistant Manager at Taco Bell from 2001 to 1998, and then as a General Manager at U-Haul International, Inc. from 1998 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an IT Specialist at World Travel, Inc., where they provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support via phone, email and on-site for World Travel employees, administered accounts using Active Directory, and built and tested workstations. Trent then moved on to their current role as IT Technical Support Manager at Vicasso (formerly Internet Creations) since 2017.

Trent Shoemaker attended Kendrick High School from 1990 to 1994. Trent obtained a CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification from CompTIA in April 2015, a CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA in January 2015, and a CompTIA Network+ Certification from CompTIA in April 2015.
