Audace Niyonkuru

Audace Niyonkuru is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across technology and investment sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Multistakeholder Advisory Group and Co-Facilitator of the Policy Network on Artificial Intelligence at the Internet Governance Forum Secretariat, Niyonkuru is dedicated to promoting internet governance. As the Chief Executive Officer of Digital Umuganda, there is a focus on developing digital infrastructure for under-resourced languages and advancing open datasets and natural language processing. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Revolution Inc. Rwanda, where Niyonkuru led hardware R&D for affordable mobile devices, and responsibilities at the Rwanda Stock Exchange Ltd. involved market analysis and reporting. Niyonkuru's academic credentials include a fellowship at McCombs Business School at The University of Texas at Austin, as well as degrees in International Trade and Economics and a diploma in Chinese Language & Culture from Zhejiang International Studies University.
