Carmen Denis is the Directora at IXSY Internet Exchange Services Yucatán A.C., also serving in various board and advisory roles at organizations such as LACNIC, LAC-IX, PROMTEL, and MetaRed México. With over 28 years of experience in managing technology for network interconnection and the Internet, Carmen has a background in infrastructure and services telematics at Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán. Carmen holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has completed executive programs in Corporate Governance. Carmen also has specialized diplomas in Internet Governance and technology management.
