Liana Kusraeva is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, partnership development, and client communication. These steps will help to increase transparency and ensure effective cooperation between entrepreneurs, investors, and state agencies in the field of venture capital investments in Russian IT projects. Internet Initiatives Development Fund will further the development of the necessary infrastructure and conditions that will be conducive to a full-fledged industry of small and medium online businesses in Russia.
