Jacek Gajewski is the Chief Project Officer at the National Centre for Nuclear Research, where project proposals and H2020 projects are managed since April 2014. In addition to this role, Gajewski serves as the Chapter Development Manager for the Internet Society, operating from Warsaw, Poland, while being part of the ISOC's Regional Bureau in Geneva, Switzerland. Gajewski has extensive experience in the field, having previously held positions such as Secretary General of the Central and Eastern European Networking Association (CEENet) from 1994 to 2011, and Grant and Project Management advisor at Warsaw University from 1976 to 2011. Gajewski has also worked as a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Experimental Physics, served as an ICT Consultant for organizations including NATO and UNDP, and held an executive board position at the Internet Society of Poland. Gajewski earned a PhD in Physics from the University of Warsaw and completed secondary education at Reytan Liceum in Warsaw.
