Steve Carmean has extensive experience in operations and technical support within various technology companies. Currently, Steve works in operations at Internet Archive since April 2018, focusing on the Petabox system. Steve has held operations positions at Internet Systems Consortium since November 2016 and previously served as a NOC Customer Support Specialist at CGNET from February to October 2016, providing critical support for global server systems.
