Samantha O'Byrne

Samantha O'Byrne has extensive work experience, including their current role as Head of HR at the Internet Watch Foundation since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a People Experience Consultant at Fair4All Finance starting in 2020. Samantha also has experience as a freelance coach and practitioner in personality profiling at One and Two Consulting, where they worked from 2018. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the University of Cambridge Primary School since 2017. Samantha's earlier experience includes working at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where they progressed from a Personnel Assistant to ultimately becoming an HR Director with nationwide responsibilities, starting in 1997 and ending in 2016.

Samantha O'Byrne completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster in 1999-2000. Prior to that, they pursued their BA (Hons) degree in Human Resources and Marketing from London Metropolitan University, which they completed in 1997.
