Marc Grifoll has been working in customer service and sports-related roles since 2008. With experience at Internetstores in various customer service leadership positions, he has demonstrated expertise in managing teams and providing excellent service. Prior to that, he worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel. Marc holds a degree in Sports Studies from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya and a degree in Sports and Exercise from Teesside University. His background in sports and customer service has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in his current roles.
