Reagan Kirsten

Reagan Kirsten has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Vice President for HR, People & Culture at Internews Network since March 2008. In this role, Reagan leads a global HR team, focusing on strategies related to employee relations, performance management, policy development, recruitment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this position, Reagan held various HR roles, including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources, at the Chagdud Gonpa Foundation, and worked as a Medical Billing Specialist for Dr. Gregory Mellon, DDS. Reagan holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Humboldt State University.
