Heidi Baschnagel

Heidi Baschnagel's work experience includes serving as Senior Director, Learning and Talent Development at Interos Inc since 2021. In this role, they developed a professional development strategy and framework, launched various training and development programs, implemented a learning management system, and supported the company's growth through compliance training. Prior to that, they were a Member at Leadership Austin since 2011. Heidi also worked at National Instruments, where they held positions such as Director of Global Talent Development and Director of Marketing Communications. In these roles, they focused on talent development, employee engagement, leadership readiness, and diversity and inclusion efforts. Heidi also led a large marketing communications organization and spearheaded the development of a Corporate Social Responsibility report.

Heidi Baschnagel has attended various educational institutions and obtained certifications throughout their career. Heidi has participated in leadership development programs at the CCL Center for Creative Leadership and National Instruments, where they completed the Leadership Development Series. Additionally, they have completed courses in Marketing Foundations at the Texas McCombs School of Business and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an Emphasis in Film and Broadcasting from the University of Iowa. Heidi has also obtained several certifications, including one as a Chief Learning Officer from the 2023 LIP Business Impact program and one as a Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Administrator and Facilitator from the Cultural Intelligence Center. Furthermore, they are a Certified Competency Card Sort Analyst from DDI | Development Dimensions International, and holds certificates in Change Management Process from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Leadership Facilitation from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
