Carol Henneberry Zeidlhack has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry. Carol started their career as a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative at Noven Pharmaceuticals, where they were contracted to troubleshoot and increase market share for transdermal hormone replacement therapy products. Carol educated physicians and the public on the Women's Health Initiative and provided samples.

Carol then transitioned to Regional P.E.T. Diagnostics, where they served as a Marketing/Sales Manager for two privately owned PET diagnostic centers.

In 2004, Carol joined Digene Corporation as a Clinical Sales Representative, responsible for promoting diagnostic products to healthcare professionals.

From 2004 to 2013, they worked at QIAGEN as a Clinical Specialist, working with clinical/hospital labs to place capital equipment and increase test volume/revenue for HPV, QuantiFERON TB, and AmniSure tests. Carol collaborated with laboratories and healthcare providers to change test ordering behavior.

In 2013, Carol joined Pathway Genomics Corporation as a Sales Manager, selling and supporting genetic testing panels to healthcare providers. The reports generated from these tests addressed carrier status for genetic conditions, drug response, and disease risk assessment.

Since 2014, Carol has been associated with Interpace Biosciences. Carol progressed from the role of Regional Account Manager (Molecular Sales Specialist), where they marketed and closed sales for a new combination panel for thyroid cancer diagnosis, to Senior Regional Account Manager in 2020, and currently holds the position of Regional Account Executive-Midwest. Their responsibilities include marketing and closing sales for molecular assays in the Midwest region, establishing relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in the thyroid cancer market.

Carol Henneberry Zeidlhack has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing from Benedictine College-Kansas. Carol has obtained various certificates throughout their education journey. These include a Certificate in Marketing Healthcare Products from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Certificate in Healthcare Management from Loyola University Chicago, and a Vachel Pennebaker Certificate in Direct Marketing from DePaul University. Carol has also completed executive programs in various fields, including Sales Negotiations, Business Writing, CRM, Public Speaking from DePaul University, Marketing Healthcare Products from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and Healthcare Management from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. In 2018, they attended a workshop on A Cancer Biology Primer at Northwestern University, Feinburg School of Medicine, as part of the Chicago Region-Physical Sciences Oncology Center.
