Hicham Tayara

Hicham Tayara is a seasoned professional in the travel retail and fragrance industry, currently serving as the Travel Retail Manager for the Middle East at Interparfums, Inc. since June 2024. Prior to this role, Hicham was the Regional Commercial Director at Offscent, where responsibilities included sales budget development, brand launches, and team leadership across the Middle East from June 2022 to June 2024. Hicham also held the position of Regional Travel Retail Manager at L'OCCITANE Group, where efforts led to the establishment of L’Occitane as a new supplier in the Middle East, and worked at JTI in various capacities, including Country Manager for Lebanon & Travel Retail Global, significantly boosting market share and profits. Earlier experience includes roles at L'Oreal and Chanel. Hicham holds a BS in Business from the Lebanese American University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
