A keen advocate for end users, Noelle uses Voice of Citizen®/Voice of Patron® analytics to evaluate website performance and advise the teams and clients on how to best serve the public. Noelle is involved in almost every aspect of I.F.’s work, from initial research to ongoing maintenance and improvements.
Her research for the D.C. Public Library supported their award-winning GoDigital Campaign, and her analysis of the Northwest Seaport Alliance website revealed that shippers and truckers needed dedicated content, which measurably boosted satisfaction and usability.
