Yakov Konstantynovsky

Prior to his appointment to the Board of Directors, Mr. Konstantynovsky served as director of the Dnipro office of EastOne Group, and worked for Interpipe. Mr. Konstantynovsky received his education at the Kharkov Law Institute.
