Phuong Ireland is currently a Partner at Interplay, where the focus is on investing in, cofounding, and incubating companies. Prior to this, Phuong was the Co-Founder and CEO of Wknd Nation, a company that offers stylish and comfortable clothing options. With a strong background in e-commerce and brand development, Phuong has held various leadership positions in companies such as AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC., Bath & Body Works, White Barn, Victoria's Secret Beauty, and Some Spider Studios. Phuong holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from Duke University.
