Carl Fan

Carl Fan has a strong background in quality and reliability management, with experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives. He has held various roles such as VP of Continuous Improvement, Quality Manager, and Sr. Quality Manager at companies such as Interplex, Milwaukee Tool, and Benteler Automotive. Carl has implemented various quality improvement programs, lean manufacturing principles, and standardized work methodologies throughout his career. Additionally, he has experience in data analysis, gauge calibration, and product validation tests. Carl holds a B Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Kennedy College.
