John Walters

John Walters is a seasoned professional in security management and risk compliance with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Safety and Security Manager at Bellwether Housing since July 2023, John also holds the position of International Law Enforcement Liaison at Morrone 9/11 Center for Counterterrorism & Security. In a concurrent role at INTERPORTPOLICE since May 2013, John manages risk management and regulatory compliance related to aviation and maritime security and participates actively in the International AVSEC Commanders Working Group. Previous positions include Security Director at Chevron, where John oversaw a large security team and conducted audits, Director of Recruiting at Universal Services of America, Asst. Federal Security Director at the US Department of Homeland Security, and Police Officer/Helicopter Pilot at South Gate Police Department.
