Allison Roberts

Allison Roberts is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Allison serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at Interpublic Group (IPG) since April 2019, having previously held the position of Director of Human Resources. Prior to IPG, Allison worked at Convene as Regional Director of People & Culture and Director of Human Resources from January 2017 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and Senior Human Resources Manager at Christie's and Director of Human Resources at Amplify Education. Allison's career began at News America Marketing, where positions included Vice President of Human Resources and Staff Recruiter, and also included roles at Prism Communication and Colgate Palmolive. Allison holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from New Jersey City University.
