Becky Chen

Becky Chen is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Planning at Interpublic Group (IPG) since 2021. Prior to this role, Becky founded LBL Services LLC, providing strategic financial planning and analysis consulting, while also acting as the Interim Compensation Controller. From 2008 to 2019, Becky held the position of Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Moody's Corporation, where significant contributions included building the FP&A expense team and supporting the company's expansion into a billion-dollar business. Earlier experience includes an Assistant Vice President role at Merrill Lynch, focusing on financial reporting and budget management. Becky holds a BS and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
