Carmine Battista

Carmine Battista is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as the Global Chief Financial Officer at Interpublic Group (IPG) since March 2025. Prior to this role, Carmine held the position of Global Chief Financial Officer at R/GA and IPG Sports, Entertainment & Experiential Agencies from January 2022 to March 2025, as well as at FCB Global from December 2019 to January 2022. From April 2013 to December 2019, Carmine was the Americas Chief Financial Officer at McCann Worldgroup. Carmine's career also includes a significant tenure as Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group between August 2011 and April 2013. Educationally, Carmine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Information Systems from The City University of New York, obtained between January 1984 and January 1987, and graduated from William Cullen Bryant High School in January 1983.
