Karina Ávila

Karina has a diverse professional background in customer service and accounting, with experience in several companies. At PT Bank Central Asia Tbk from January 2019 to January 2022, Karina served as a Customer Service Officer, handling account openings, customer complaints, and product introductions. Prior to this role, Karina worked as an Accounts Receivable Accountant at PT Dua Berlian from March 2017 to February 2019, managing billing invoices, receivables, and customer payment reconciliations using the SAP system. Earlier experience includes a Project Administrator position at PT Industrial Multi Fan and another Accounts Receivable Accountant role at PT Dehael Nusantara Logistic.
