Rachel Loughlin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Rachel currently holds the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Ricoh Europe, where Rachel helps organisations improve their business processes and information management. Prior to this, Rachel worked at InterQuest Group as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Delivery Consultant, focusing on acquiring in-demand talent and specialist vacancies. Rachel also has experience at Search Consultancy, NZMA, and Forrest Recruitment Ltd in various recruitment roles.
